He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton Clark and Olga Clark; his wife Mildred Clark; and his son David Clark. He is survived by: his daughter Carol Johnson (Dave) of Unionville; and his grandchildren, Dawn Retallick (Mike) of Story City, Robert Johnson (Angie) of Woodman, Rick Clark of Milton and Dianne Gable (Randy) of Hartford, Wisconsin. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
