She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Allen Moorman Sr. and Jo Ann Moorman (Easterday); her husband Tim Thomas; her son Devon Moorman; and her sister Marla Moorman.
She is survived by: her son Nick Thomas (Anna); her grandchildren, Avery Thomas and Jayden Sinn; and her siblings, Fred Moorman Jr. (Gail), David Moorman (Gloria), Sheila Kauzlarich (Terry), Kathy Moorman (Brad Henshaw), Holly Oden (Shawn), MaryAnn Sampson (Scott), Jaime Cochran (Jamie), Josh Moorman (Shirley) and Jake Moorman (Jessica).
