She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sivetts and Mary O'Donnell (O'Donnell); her stepfather Dale Evans; her brother Steve Sivetts; her grandparents, Pearl, Rose Sivetts, Robert and Essie O'Donnell; her uncle Ronnie O'Donnell; and her in-laws, Lavern and Donna Fowler.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Fowler; her son Chad Fowler; her siblings, Terry Sivetts (Mary) and Bill Sivetts; her uncle George O'Donnell (Mary); her nieces, Hailey Cowan (Garrett), Lindsey Sivetts (Jake Snider) and Emily Sivetts; and her nephew Joe Sivetts (Jenna).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home-Centerville (501 N 18th St, Centerville, IA 52544). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery - Cincinnati.
