She is survived by: her husband Freeman Hiatt Purvis of Centerville; her children, Gary Purvis (Kathy) of Seymour, Terry Purvis (Patty) of Kellogg, Jerry Purvis (DeAnne) of Monroe and Billy Purvis of Ankeny; her siblings, Acie "Chuck" Guffey (Lois) of Albuquerque and June O'Connell of Burr Ridge, Illinois; her sisters-in-law, Karen Guffey, Florene Brown and Maxine Purvis; her grandchildren, Lisa Sage (Shaun), Lesley Cook, Doug Cook, Stacie McCoy (Nate), Jarid Purvis (Rachel), Andy Purvis (Rebecca), Beau Purvis (Megan) and Cody Purvis; and her granddaughter-in-law Stacey Purvis.
