She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Childs and Martha Childs (Galyen); her husband Charles Junior Conger; her parents-in-law, Charles and Clittie Conger (Mikels); her grandparents, Edwin, Inez Childs (Robbins), James and Lucy Galyen (Murphy); and her siblings, Lyle Childs, James Childs, Ralph Childs, Audrey Heese (Childs) and Richard Childs.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Conger of Iowa City, Rebecca Conger of Oklahoma City, Julia Azarm (Al) of Germantown and Charles Mikel Conger of Clive, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jason Tillotson (Brandy), Tasha Hagy (Ben), Erin Lucas (Larry), Ramin Azarm and Negin Azarm; and her great grandchildren, Kiersten, Jensen, Grady Tillotson, Zoe Lucas, Etha Hagy and Mason Azarm.
A memorial has been established to the Orleans Church, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, 1900 S.18th.
