She was predeceased by: her parent Wilma June Garrett; and her brother Keith McElroy. She is survived by: her husband Russell Blumer of Centerville; her sons, William Ransford of Mt. Sinai and Scott Ransford of Burlington; her stepchildren, Daniel Blumer (Ana) of Moberly, Samuel Blumer of Centerville and Dawna Beck of Centerville; and her sister Cheryl Miller of Kirksville, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Russell Blumer, to be determined at a later date, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, C/O Blumer family, 1900 South 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
