She was predeceased by: her parents, George Busetto and Margaret Busetto; her husband Sammy J. Belloma; her siblings, Joe Busetto and Mary West; and her great grandchild Lauren Swanson.
She is survived by: her children, Frances Swanson (Gary) of Osceola, Sammy Belloma (Sherry Henshaw) of Centerville and Anthony Belloma of Centerville; her grandchildren, Kim Swanson (Chuck Coffman), Jennifer Knapp (Brandon), Belinda Sweeney (Ryan), Rechelle Phillips (Geary), Amy Swanson (Lonnie Rumley), Sean Swanson, Tara Wray (Shane Needels), Jeremy Belloma (Missy), Scott Belloma (Emily), Britany Belloma and Dayton Belloma (Megan Ericson); her great grandchildren, Nick Knapp (Brooklynne Rude), Justin Knapp, Kaylee Knapp, Dylan Sweeney, Dalton Sweeney, Maddie Sweeney, Austin Phillips (Mackenzi Otto), Damian Swanson, Savannah Swanson, Riley Belloma, Lexi Wray, Allie Belloma, Colby Belloma, Emma Belloma, Bennett Belloma, Luke Maffett and Keagan Reed; her great great grandchildren, Isabelle Belloma and Brayden Belloma; and her siblings, Ralph Busetto (Carolyn) of Bettendorf, Iowa and Betty Clark of Davenport, Iowa.
