He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Edward Frame and Ruby Livona Robison Frame; his sisters, Doris Maxine Ewing and Donna Jean Carpenter; his spouse Merilynn Zoe Smith; his daughter Connie Riemer (John); and his great grandchildren, Logan, Adam, Ashley, Benjamin and Chloe Riemer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
