She was predeceased by: her parents, Verl Farnsworth and Donna Farnsworth (Wilson); and her aunts, Jo Wilson, Felva Farnsworth and Vernice Hamm.
She is survived by: her sister Kathleen Cubit (Monte) of Des Moines, Iowa; her niece April Joens of Des Moines, Iowa; and her uncle Bill Wilson of Centerville, Iowa.
