She is survived by: her children, Robert Kelly (Connie) of Bussey, Deborah Kelly of Des Moines, Dennis Kelly of Chariton and John Kelly (Debbie) of Knoxville; and her siblings, Delores Sullivan of Albia and Jess McMillen of Lovilia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Joyce's memory to her family.
