He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilford Draper and Dorothy Draper (Kittleman). He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Debbie Millizer (Wendell), Jerri Dhamers, J. D. Draper (Michelle) and Alison Herold (Mike); and his siblings, Sharon Whitten, Caron Jones, Gary Draper and Terry Draper. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
