She is survived by: her siblings, Patty Ballanger (Frank), Joe Zaputil (Diane), Tom Zaputil (Mary Sue), Steve Zaputil (Deb), James Zaputil (Dorothy) and Rick Zaputil (Donna); her children, Lisa Sandberg (Mike), Jason Sandberg (Stacey) and Danny Sandberg (Kathy); her grandchildren, Ashley Melendy (Austin), Jarrett Sharp, Natasha Smith (Lakota) and Shania Sandberg; and her great grandchild Ensley Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
