He was predeceased by: his father James Pleas Surber Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Becky Surber Sr.; his children, James, Serenity, Braxton and Adalynn; his girlfriend Amber Thompson; and his sisters, Becky Sly (David) of Cedar Rapids, Ruby Surber of Oskaloosa, Ashley Sidebottom (Steve) of Oskaloosa and Sarah Alvares (Jorge) of Eagle Grove.
