He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Parker and Hazel Parker (Hickerman); his son Joshua Snorgras; his sisters, Lucille Spenser, Donna Ballas and Pat Stoneking; and his brother-in-law P. J. LaPaglia.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Parker of Centerville; his children, Ken "K. C." Purkey (Robin) of Unionville, Jessica Burtt (Nathan) of Carnegie and Nicole Parker of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Richard Burtt, Lucas Burtt, Joey Knowles, Brandi Knowles and Shaelynn Mikels (David); his great grandchildren, Chase, Kenny, Christian, Kayson, Davii, Mylo and Tyrion; and his siblings, Charles Parker (Jo Anna) of Centerville and Doris LaPaglia of Centerville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
