He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larry McDanel (Linda) and Marilyn Rose Oswalt (Tracy); his wife Kathy Lee Matherly; his daughters, Kasandra McDanel of Centerville and Samantha Sager (Thomas) of Centerville; his grandchildren, Isabela Sager, Cadence Sager, Blayne Sager and Scarlett Sager; his siblings, David McDanel (LaVada), Mark McDanel (Shelley) and Shannon Starr (Tim); his nieces and nephews, Kaylin McDanel, Luke McDanel, Travis McDanel, Rosemary McDanel, Elizabeth Bullard (Justin), Tyler Starr and Jacob Starr; his grandparents, Ben, Iza Tracy, Kenneth and Esther McDanel; and his sister-in-law Laura McDanel.
