He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Kauzlarich; his children, Lori Ortiz (Lou), Michael Belloma (Carol) and Mark Belloma (Jana); his grandchildren, Jamie McDanolds (Randy), Kassie Waits (John), Sarah Moorman (Nick), Emily MacDonald (Luke), Adam Belloma, Jacob Belloma, Hope Susin (Dakota), Grant Hancox (Malinda), Lane Belloma and Brady Belloma; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Jameson, Brogan, Macey, Tamey McDanolds, Evelyn Kora, Ezekiel Waits, John, Abraham Moorman, Haylee Brown and Turner Susin; his sister Lucy Varese; and his sister-in-law Norma Belloma.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home-Centerville (501 N 18th St, Centerville, IA 52544). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (838 S 18th St, Centerville, IA 52544).
