He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Caraccio and Ann; his brothers, Jim and Anthony; his half-brother Jack; and his sisters, Barb, Lucy, Beverly, Faith and Hope.

He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lee Mattly; his grandchildren, Sofia and Frankie; his children, Antonio Caraccio (Moriah) of Centerville, IA, Jamie Jolley (Michael) of Manchester, IA and Philip Pickering (Carla) of Altoona, IA; his grandson Devin Caraccio (Lexi); his sister-in-law Karen Caraccio; his close friend Paul Saldana of Centerville, IA; his grandchildren, Kaylea, Grace, Audrey, Luke, Ryan, Zack, Hayden, Treyton, Landyn, Dylan, Michael and Kimberly; and his great grandchild Luca.
