He is survived by: his daughters, Linsey Rouse (Rick) of Centerville and Tonya Vandermark (Tracy) of Centerville; his grandchildren, Levi Rouse, Camren, Cadence and Callie Vandermark; and his sister Melody Kazenske (Steve).
