He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Worley and Carl Crow Jr. A. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Crow; his sons, Chris Crow (Amy) and Jason Crow (Cindy); his grandsons, C. J. Crow (Royal) and Dalton Crow; and his sisters, Kathy Doll and Peggy Van Pelt (Pete).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to First Lutheran Church in Centerville.
