He was predeceased by: his parents, Amel Rowan and Margaret Rowan (Rhodes); his siblings, Ron and Loretta Crow; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Black, Leslie Garriott and John Crow.
He is survived by: his siblings, Penny Black of Oklahoma City, Elizabeth Garriott of Wilton, Iowa and Jim Rowan (Carol) of Cincinnati; and his sister-in-law Margaret Rowan of Taylor Ridge, Illinois.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, there will be no services.
Memorials may be made to Golden Age and may be mailed or left for the family at the funeral home.
