He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lee and Wilma Imogene Higgins (Neill). He is survived by: his sisters, Vicki Jean, Nancy Rae and Deborah Kay; his wife Renea Higgins; his children, Heather Lynn Heater, Amy Denise Pope (David), Angela Dawn Altman (Reuben), Shaun Wubben (Angela) and Stephanie Varese; and his grandchildren, Jordyn Lynn Houseman, Mateo Varese, Ivy and Eva Wubben. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to the family which will be designated at a later time to a Covid foundation and also to My Angel Foundation.
