She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Cassady; and her parents, Donald Eddy and Mildred Eddy. She is survived by: her sons, Shaun Cassady (Kayla Ballanger) of Centerville and Greg Cassady (Dana) of Cincinnati; and her stepsisters, Nancy Exline and Judy Blake.
