He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Carter and Maureen Carter (David); his stepdaughter-in-law Tammi Walker; and his brother Dale Carter. He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his niece Karla Carter; his sister-in-law Pat Carter; and his stepchildren, Raymond Walker (Hope), Robin Fielweber (Scott), Ryan Walker and Lisa Western (Tom). He is also survived by nine step grandchildren and 12 step great grandchildren.
