He is survived by: his children, Shiloh, Christi Couch (Steve) of Milan, Jody Francis (Jeff) of Amarillo, Scott Herr (Vicki) of Milford, Kevin Herr (Tammy) of Utah, Lisa Herr of Chattanooga, Kerry Onsurez (Phil) of Wolfforth, Cindy Herr of Des Moines, Shiloah Keener (William) of Pikeville, Laura Hites of Centerville, Sonya Herr (Jerry Sparks) of Centerville, Brian Herr of Chariton and Pat Herr of Centerville, Iowa; his siblings, Francis Herr (Brenda) of Florida, Lee Herr of Centerville, Iowa and Rita Hammer (Keith) of Davenport; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Kernes and Donnie Kernes.
