He is survived by: his wife Michelle Kauffman; his children, Becca Everett (Jarvis) and Tony Kauffman (Nioka); his grandchildren, Logan Everett, Kimber Everett and Jaxon Kauffman; his siblings, Linda Hammack (Dennis), Judith Stokke, Deborah VanBlaricon (Brian), Kevin Bankson (Debbie) and Donna Zaputil (Rick); and his pet Beast. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
