He is survived by: his wife Colleen of Newton; his daughters, Susanne Fort (Brian) of Pompano Beach and Kim Swarts of Drakesville; his grandsons, Branden Fort and Matthew Fort; and his siblings, Boyd Swarts (Martha), Deloyd Swarts, Carolene Purvis (Dave), Floyd Swarts (Connie), Vernon Swarts (Sheila) and Lyle Swarts (Kaye).
