He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy McCoy and Bertha McCoy (Stevens); and his parents-in-law, George and Vivian Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Henderson of Centerville, Iowa; his children, Sheri Harris (Rex) of Moulton and Justin McCoy (Olivia) of Centerville, Iowa; his siblings, Tom McCoy (Dana), Betty DeVore, Marilyn Espy, Helen Stevens, LaDonna Arbogast and Carol Clark (Vernon); his grandchildren, Whitney Ballanger (Aaron), Chelsey Scanlan (Jake), Grey McCoy (Kaitlin), Austin Harris, Lane McCoy (Tabby), Logan McCoy (Shayleigh) and Gracie McCoy; and his great grandchildren, Adalynn Ballanger, Dayden Ballanger, AnnaLee McCoy and Baker Scanlan.

Per Covid-19 guidelines, masks are required to enter the facility.
