She is survived by: her husband Ed Phillips of Centerville; her sons, Jason Phillips of Ottumwa and Jimmy Phillips of Centerville; her grandchildren, Coby Phillips, Hudson Phillips, Sloan Phillips, Zoe Phillips, Carson Phillips, Jacob Phillips and Torie Phillips; her great grandchild Vanessa Phillips; and her brothers, Gary Hudson (Nonie) of Knoxville and Phil Hudson (Kathy) of Mystic. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
