He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Phillip Zotz Sr. and Armenta Zotz (Owens); his wife June Ann Zotz; his sister Mary Zotz; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Zotz (Keep); and his grandson Johnathan Webb.
He is survived by: his pet Patches; his children, Debra Seddon (Larry) of Centerville, Tina Henshaw (Max) of Centerville, Lorie Ann Webb (Kent) of Ankeny and Carl Phillip Zotz III of Centerville; his grandchildren, Andrew Zotz (Mara), Ryan Henshaw, Chase Webb, Cory Webb, Dustin Zotz (Samantha Micetich), Brayden Zotz, Tanner Zotz and Tarrin Zotz; his great grandchild Amelia May Zotz; and his siblings, Alice Davis of Albia, Pat Datin of Albia, Marilyn Fulton of Iowa City, Janet Summers of Albia and Mike Zotz (Donna) of Afton, Iowa.. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great granddaughter.
