She is survived by: her grandmother Bev; her children, Jeremy Caraccio (Danielle Bohn) of Centerville, Hallie Kirby (Fiancé Dillon Morgan) of Bloomfield, John Barber Jr. of Centerville, Justin Simmons of Bloomfield and Joshua Simmons of Centerville; her grandchildren, Bayleigh Caraccio, Keegan Stansberry, Brayden Hopkins, Madison Barber, Chance Cook, Logan Caraccio, Reed Vanderheyden, Bryson Schiery, Theia Morgan, Marissa Kirby, Jaiden Hayes, Aliyah Barber, Kynzleigh Barber, Kettner Morgan, Dekkert Morgan, Leland Felkner, Asher Watts, Braelie Cooper, Brielie Cooper and Aubree Caraccio; her siblings, Theresa Summers (Doug) of Centerville, Harold Davis (Kelly) of Centerville, Joe Davis (Tabi) of Urbandale and Melissa Evans (Kurt) of Altoona; and her uncles, Frank Caraccio (Vickie) of Centerville and James "Jimmy" Caraccio (Karen) of Clive. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
