He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Pugh and Beryl Pugh (John); his spouse Jewell Richmond; and his sisters, Lorraine Stevenson, LaVelle Hodges and Hazel Barnett.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl "Cheri" Pugh; and his nieces and nephews, Janice Barnett, Renee Nevitt, Rhea Richmond, Jim Barnett, Bob Waffle (Lauren) and Matthew Waffle.
