He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughters, Michelle Hotchkiss (Berne), Staci Tave (Chris) and Frisco; his father Earl; his siblings, Bev Peters (Gary), Ames, Becky Rawson (Al), Alburnett Kirklin, Betty Kirklin (Jason), Robins and Brad Merritt (Theresa) of Springville; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Bryce, Megan and Kiona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
