He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Mary Rose Horak (Varak). He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Horak of Center Point; and his children, Daniel J. Horak (Lori) of Marion, Douglas W. Horak (Anita) of Anamosa, Gregory S. Horak (Lola) of Springville, Teri L. Leggett (Larry) of Marion and Susan K. Bonnichsen (Dan) of Center Point. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
All guests are respectfully requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Willard's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
