Kuba of Cedar Rapids; her husband Ed Willett of Center Point; her daughter Meghan Canney of Center Point; and her brothers, Matt Kuba (Kathy) of Cedar Rapids and Mike Kuba (Tammi) of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
