He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. Kutcher and Adeline M. Kutcher (Fisher); and his brother Jim Kutcher. He is survived by: his wife Colleen of Center Point; his children, Tausha Kordisch (Kenneth) of Lake Charles, LA, Christopher Kutcher (Mila) of Los Angeles, CA and Michael Kutcher (Kristen) of Fort Collins, CO; his stepsons, Craig Jones (Addie) of Cedar Rapids and Brian Jones (Tatum) of Mt. Vernon; and his sisters, Rita Kutcher of Moline, IL and Marie Taylor of Oxford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his personal butcher.
