He is survived by: his wife Katrina Kula of Center Point; his sons, Matthew Kula and Dan Kula (Andrea); his siblings, Mary Ann Williams (Chuck) of Alburnett and Richard Kula (Kathi) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his brother-in-law Kevin Nielsen (Patty); his mother-in-law Joan Nielsen of Alburnett; and also, Tanya of Center Point and Trista of Center Point.
