She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Kubik; and her parents, Lewis Herman Smith and Mary Alice Smith. She is survived by: her children, Paul Kubik (Karla) of Monticello and Melea Willson (Brent) of Walker; her grandchildren, Stephanie Moore, Matt Kubik, Jacob Kubik, Tyler Kubik, Kylie Zimmerman, Brooke Willson, Lauren Willson, Morgan Willson and Madie Rowe; and her siblings, Stuart Lacy Smith, Hallie Dronebarger, Mary Lucille Loeb, Elbert Lewis Smith and Lowel Jewett Smith. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
