We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2022, at the age of 90, Donna Palmer of Center Point, Iowa, born in Ottawa, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul LeGer and Colleen LeGer (Silvius); and her sister Sandra Scott. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Besser (David) of Center Point; her grandsons, Luke Besser of Center Point and Dillon Besser (Brittney) of Cedar Rapids; her great grandchild Callum Besser; and her brother Robert "Bob" H. LeGer (Mary) of Lawrence, Kansas.
