With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Primmer of Center Point, Iowa, born in Toddville, Iowa, who passed away on May 14, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Douglas and Nellie Lucille Oliphant (Hagerman); her husband Stanley Elliott Primmer; her brothers, Howard and Jack Oliphant; and her siblings-in-law, Oscar Rhodes and Norma Jean Oliphant.
She is survived by: her children, Scott E. Primmer of Center Point and Karen I. Kramer (Kevin) of Center Point; her grandchildren, Travis R. Kramer of Fort Worth, Texas and Tanya R. Banse (Chris) of McKinney, Texas; her great grandchildren, Kinnick, Mason Banse, Aidan and Gavin Kramer; and her sister Rita Rhodes of Marshalltown, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Maxine's memory may be directed to The First Christian Church of Center Point, the Veterans Administration, or the Iowa Library For The Blind.
