We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2022, at the age of 42, Derrick James Leytem of Center Junction, Iowa, born in Maquoketa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Alexis, Quinnlyn and Rhett; his parents, Pam Leytem and David Leytem; and his brother Josh.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
