It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Nix (Cedar, Iowa), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on April 23, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Kathy Mullins; and his parent J. C. "Bill". He is survived by: his sons, William Jr. (Corrine Kettlecamp) of Marion and Travis Otto (Melissa) of Fairfax; his mother Edna Nix (Loseau) of Marion; his siblings, Michael Smith (Thelma) of Harrison and Dianna Waters (Richard) of Jasper, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Josh, Olivia and Carson Otto; and his wife Gail L. Mrkvicka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donations may be given to Make A Wish Foundation.
