He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frese and Elizabeth Pickart Frese; his brothers, Franklin (Betty), Floyd and Ervin; his parents-in-law, Charles and Margaret DeMeulenaere; his brother-in-law Donald DeMeulenaere; and his niece Lorie Chekal.
He is survived by: his wife Donna DeMeulenaere; his children, Deb, Cindy, Jeffrey Frese (Christy), Brenda Thomas (Mark), Marsha Elliott (Jason) and Stacy Huber (Brian); his grandchildren, Jordan, Justice, Logan, Alex, Hannah, Kylan, Sydney, Shannon, Markus, Tyler, Abby, Will, Tristan, Camden, Lauren and William; his sister-in-law Sandy Frese; his friend Marty Thompson; his parents-in-law, Wayne, Char DeMeulenaere, Roger, Kathy DeMeulenaere, Larry and Linda Fuller; and his caregivers, Amy Harris and Laura. He is also survived by his six children, their spouses and his 16 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to Hospice of Mercy, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or the American Legion.
