It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Upah of Cedar, Iowa, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James; her daughter Jessica; her grandson Larry Jr.; and her parents, Emil Formanek and Sylvia Formanek.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Upah (Denise), Joel Upah of Cedar Rapids, Jerry Upah (Lori) of Oskaloosa, Jennifer Hanson (Larry) of Fairfax, Janette Roehrich (Ed) of Marion, James Upah (Chris) of Cedar Rapids and Jason Upah of Marion; and her grandchildren, Holly, Shannon, Crystal, Andrea, Abby, Jesse, Andrew, Adam, Noah and Cristian.
As mandated by proclamation, social distancing must be practiced which requires a limited number of people to be allowed into the service at one time.
Memorials sent to the Alzheimer's Foundation or St. Jude Catholic Church in memory of Virginia.
