He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Brallier and Gladys L. Brallier (Waddell). He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Scheer (Bruce) of Cedar Falls, Peggy Brallier of Cedar Falls and William Brallier of Waterloo; and his nephews, Scott and Richard.
