With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teddi Finegan of Cedar, Iowa, born in Amanda, Ohio, who passed away on March 10, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert W. Barr and Ida Rudolph Barr; her former husband Donald Finegan; her children, Steve (Sherry) of Cedar Falls, Kim (Pranom) of Roseburg, Oregon and Shawnee Finegan of Mt. View, HI; her granddaughter Sara Oldenburger (Michael) of Janesville; her great grandchildren, Addy, Mason Oldenburger and Kalena Quigley; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Blayze, Thundyr and Achilles Quigley; her siblings, Rose Mary Lower (Joe) of Ohio, Robert R. and Neil Barr; and her close friend Glenn Olson.
