He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Marie (Cosgrove) and Vernon Eugene Erusha; his siblings, Rose Mary Erusha and David Erusha; and his grandmothers, Barbara Erusha and Gertrude Cosgrove.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Marie (Michael Bryant) and Daniel John (Amy); his wife Peggy Marie Fitzpatrick; his grandchildren, Michael Rattliffe, Haddie Erusha, Evaeya Bryant and Ivy Erusha; his sister Pamela Johnson (Sam Jr.); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Erusha, Molly Claypool (Mark Troendle) and Kathy Perret (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Iowa State University Library Fund, Xavier High School, or St. Patrick Catholic Church.
