She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Scott and Merle Scott of Independence; her husband Derald Dean Rasmussen March; and her brother Ron Scott. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracey Rasmussen of Marion and Tami Evans (Jeff Gordon) of Cedar Rapids; and her brother Don Scott (Judy) of Independence. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, should friends and family desire, the family requests donations be made to the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy or the Cedar Valley Humane Society in memory of Shirlee.
