She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Riemenschneider and Nelle Riemenschneider; and her brother Phil. She is survived by: her son Tim Vancura (Lesley); her grandchildren, Kennedy and Delaney; her daughter Heidi Vancura; her brother Rodney Riemenschneider (Linda); her brother-in-law Jim Vancura (Barbara); her nieces and nephews, Kelly (Chriss), Bret (Jen), Jeff and Cory (Allison); her husband Robert Vancura; and also, Nic, Sydney and Charley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Sara's name to the National Czech and Slovak Museum & Library, American Heart Association or the charity of the donor's choice.
