She was predeceased by: her husband John D. Birnbaum, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, John Birnbaum, III (Terri), Tina Styf (Dave) and Kay Birnbaum (Rick Martin); her grandchildren, John Birnbaum, IV, Andrea Stankard (Phillip), Janet Lajcin (Derek) and Daniel Styf (Stefi Klepfer); and her great grandchildren, John Birnbaum, VI and Jaxsen Birnbaum.
