It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Schwichtenberg of Cedar, Iowa, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Light and Helen Light (Bohr); her husband Howard Schwichtenberg; her grandchildren, Brian Freese of Hudson and Monica Hanson (Ryan); her great grandchild Sarianna Grace Hanson of Boone, Iowa.; her sister-in-law Alberta Light; her daughter Susan J. Freese; and her siblings, Marvin, Norbert, Mary Connell and Margaret Leigh. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity or St. Luke's Hospice, or St. Luke's Newborn Intensive Care Unit in memory of Rose.
